The breathing exercise of the Center of Consciousness is an experience of physical ⇄ emotional ⇄ mental ⇄ spiritual self-regulation. Together, we sustain a field of experience that unites therapeutic reflection, guided breathing, and creative visualization in light of the 7D Mind Model.
Through daily practice lasting about 40 minutes, we align ourselves, our homes, and our families, sustaining a lifestyle that harmonizes the environments where we live, the circumstances we go through, as well as the relationships we cultivate.
We trust that our personal transformation can inspire our friends, colleagues, and acquaintances, and thus, we recognize that we are all responsible for collective transformation.
