Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Services through the Centro da Consciência website
1. Introduction
1.1. This document establishes the terms and conditions for the purchase of services through our website. By purchasing a service, you agree to the terms described herein.
2. Definitions
2.1. Buyer: Person who purchases services on the site.
2.2. Service Provider: Entity or individual responsible for providing the services purchased on the site.
2.3. Services: Activities or work offered for purchase on the site.
3. Purchase Process
3.1. The buyer must select the desired services and add them to the shopping cart.
3.2. After confirming the services in the cart, the buyer must provide the necessary information to complete the purchase.
3.3. Payment must be made through the methods available on the site.
4. Prices and Payments
4.1. All prices are presented in local currency and include taxes, unless otherwise specified.
4.2. The buyer must make the payment at the time of purchase, using one of the accepted payment methods.
4.3. The buyer of the product/service agrees to bear all additional installment costs applicable to purchases made with a credit card.
5. Provision of Services
5.1. The service provider commits to perform the services as described on the site and within the agreed timeframe.
5.2. The timeframe for the provision of services may vary according to the nature of the services purchased and the availability of the service provider.
5.3. If due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the service is not provided, the invested amount will be refunded.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase of services within 7 calendar days after the purchase confirmation, as established by the Consumer Protection Code.
6.2. To request cancellation, the buyer must contact customer service and follow the provided instructions.
6.3. The refund will be made after the confirmation of the cancellation and deduction of any administrative and processing costs.
6.4. After the 7-day period and in case the service has not yet been provided, the cancellation of the purchase will be subject to a 30% penalty on the remaining value of the contract. The refund, if any, will be made within 30 calendar days.
6.5. After the use of the service, it will not be possible to request the cancellation of the purchase.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
7.1. The services offered on the site come with a satisfaction guarantee according to the specifications described in the offer.
7.2. In case of dissatisfaction, the buyer must contact customer service to obtain instructions on the guarantee procedure.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. The buyer's personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. The buyer should consult our Privacy Policy for details on the collection, use, and protection of their personal data.
9. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
9.1. The Center for Consciousness reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
9.2. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the site.
10. Copyright Protection Standards
10.1 Every product and service made available on the site is for the exclusive and personal use of the buyer, and its reproduction, by any means available, is absolutely prohibited.
10.2. The purchased course/service is intended for personal and non-transferable use by the buyer, and the use of the access password by more than one person or the sharing of user/password access to the system among multiple users is prohibited.
10.3. The buyer is prohibited from recording the course, by any means, in defense of the copyright protected by Federal Law No. 9,610, of February 19, 1998.
10.4. All content made available on the platform, such as brands, logos, videos, files, texts, icons, drawings, sounds, layouts, materials, algorithms, including courses and experiences, are the exclusive property of the Institution, or of third parties who granted authorization for such use, and are protected by international laws and treaties, and their copying, reproduction, or any other type of use is prohibited, with infringers subject to the corresponding civil and criminal sanctions, under Laws 9,279/96, 9,610/98, and 9,609/98.
10.5. The buyer who violates such clauses will have their contract terminated and will be immediately excluded from the platform, without the right to any refund.
10.6. In the event of a violation of this clause, the Center for Consciousness reserves the right to request the immediate removal of the published material, as well as to take appropriate legal measures to protect its copyright.
11. On the protection of personal data
11.1. The buyer declares and authorizes that their personal data will be collected, stored, and used exclusively for the purposes of executing and administering this contract, in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable legislation.
11.2. The collection of Personal Data will be done at the time of purchase of the product/service and will only be processed or used by the platform when the link between the buyer and the Center of Consciousness is effectively established.
11.3. The purpose of collecting and processing the buyer's Personal Data is to maintain the security of the representatives, employees, directors, collaborators of the Center of Consciousness, as well as to ensure the safety of all students, in order to carry out the collection operations and fulfill any existing financial obligations between the buyer and the Center of Consciousness, and also for the registration in the system necessary and indispensable for the effective entry of the buyer into the platform of the Center of Consciousness or the use of the services offered by it. The collected and processed data may be used for statistical and advertising purposes.
11.4. The buyer declares and expressly authorizes that the Center of Consciousness, when processing their Personal Data, may make it available to third parties, such as collection agencies and/or external legal departments, government entities, federal, state, and municipal agencies, internal collaborators, consultancies among others, which will have the sole purpose of facilitating any collection processes, protecting the interests of the CONTRACTED PARTY, conducting statistical studies or planning marketing actions.
11.5. The Center of Consciousness commits to act, regarding the processing of Personal Data, in accordance with the current legislation on Personal Data Protection and the determinations of regulatory/supervisory bodies on the matter, especially Law No. 13.709/2018 - General Law on Personal Data Protection (“LGPD”).
11.6. The buyer has the right to access, correct, update, and delete their personal data, as well as to exercise the other rights guaranteed by the LGPD. Any request in this regard must be made in writing to the course.
11.7. The Center of Consciousness is committed to adopting appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the buyer's personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction.

14. Jurisdiction
14.1. The parties choose the jurisdiction of the district of Belo Horizonte/MG, for the resolution of any issues arising from this instrument.
